Enjoy a coffee tasting experience, then roll up your sleeves and craft your own mugs, tea cups, or espresso cups from clay. Add your own flair with textures, patterns, and handles, then let us fire and glaze them for daily use. Tickets include:

• Coffee Tasting: Enjoy a coffee tasting experience that will feature a carefully curated selection of brews.
• Complementary Drink: Sip on a freshly made beverage from Acoustic Java to fuel your creativity during class.
• Hands-On Instruction: A relaxed, step-by-step pottery workshop guided by an expert Pottery with a Purpose host. The workshop lasts 2 hours, not including the 20 minute coffee tasting.
• Pottery 101: Learn foundational pottery hand-building techniques like pinch pots and coils, then turn them into hand-build 1–2 ceramic coffee mugs, tea cups or espresso cups and add handles, texture, or surface designs.
• All Supplies Provided: We bring the clay, tools, and materials — you just bring yourself. You'll make up to 2 pottery pieces during the workshop, plus take home extra clay for more DIY fun.
• Glazing, Kiln Firing + Shipping: Your ticket includes two professional kiln firings + glazing for up to 2 mugs. This is essential so your pottery pieces are food-safe and waterproof. Pick between white or clear glaze, and we will take care of the rest, including shipping your pieces back to you once they are finished! Note that painting your pottery is not part of the workshop unless otherwise noted.
