The Hannibal Arts Council is proud to announce the April edition of its popular Coffee Talk Conversation Series. The program will feature a presentation from photographer, Timothy Spencer. Spencer will discuss his experiences photographing wild horses as well as his dedicated advocacy for these beautiful animals.
The Coffee Talk will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 19 at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main St.
