Known for its commitment to fresh and natural ingredients, the cafe roasts its own coffee and makes pastries and gelato from scratch, strictly following Corrado's recipes from his hometown in Italy. Pastries are made fresh every day: dough, puff pastries and fillings without the use of preservatives and coloring. Flours are all untreated. Single origin coffees are certified organic and also the roastery in Dallas where Corrado roasts all the coffees is certified organic.
