It's a gently guided journey into releasing physical stress and relaxing the nervous system.TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle yet powerful somatic practice that activates your body’s natural tremor mechanism, a self-healing and healthy response through which the body releases tension and contraction patterns, and the nervous system deactivates from alert and returns to homeostasis.
