Join ceramic artist Megan Randall for this special series of workshops as part of Staiths Cafe’s Coffee Connectors group. Coffee Connectors is an informal get together of people who would like to chat to others, maybe make friends, and find out about services and activities in the Dunston/Teams area. The session takes place every Tuesday between 9:30am – 11:30am in the Glass Room at The Staiths Cafe.
Megan Randall will join the Coffee Connectors sessions until the end of March. Across the sessions, you’ll be creating shrines to the local area, nature, memories and more. Megan will show you how to use text and sculptural techniques to form a visual story using earthenware clay.
All pieces will be fired by Megan and be displayed at Staiths Cafe! Absolutely no experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Megan’s workshops will take place between 10am – 11:30am each week.
You do not have to participate in the ceramic sessions to come along to Coffee Connectors, you can join in as much or as little as you want.
No booking necessary, just come along. We look forward to seeing you there!
