Bio:
Elzine Mushambi has spent years in the financial services and oil and gas sectors, working across the African continent. She now focuses on socio-economic development and social entrepreneurship by attracting technology and talent to the continent while supporting local business owners in up-skilling and expanding their operations. Elzine is the founder and CEO of Impact Tank, Namibia's first social impact venture builder, and holds several board seats at leading African organizations.
