Come along for a relaxed, friendly coffee catch-up at Café de Paulo, Midmills ☕
This is a casual, social meet-up for women and non-binary/gender-fluid people who live with ADHD.

There’s no agenda and no pressure to share. You’re welcome to chat, listen, laugh, people-watch, or simply enjoy a coffee in the company of others who get it. Whether you’re newly exploring ADHD or have known for years, you’re very welcome here.

You’re welcome to get in touch before attending, and you may bring a trusted support person if that feels helpful (please book a ticket for them too).
