This is the 3rd of 4 class in a new series from Saint Maud's, in partnership with our friends at LATE RUN COFFEE! If you're a fan of craft and/or caffeine - these are for you. This month, we will guide you through making a Coiled Basket. We will be using the Coil Basket Makers Kits by Pittsburgh-based artist and our good friend Teresa Audet. Each kit comes with a handmade wooden base, rope, needles, waxed thread, and a beautifully illustrated instruction booklet. This is an excellent craft for kids and adults alike. No prior crafting knowledge is needed, though we do recommend a strong ability to focus and do detailed work. As always, all ages are welcome, though younger children must be accompanied by a parent and may need some assistance.
