About this Event
Coffee & Contracts™ is a monthly, in-person conversation hosted by LegalLuxe Law Group PLLC for founders and business owners in Raleigh, North Carolina.
These gatherings are held in a private setting and are designed for founders who appreciate thoughtful, candid discussion around the legal realities of running a business — the kinds of conversations that typically happen behind closed doors, once a company is already in motion. The focus is on perspective, experience, and shared observation rather than instruction or advice.
Each session centers on a defined legal theme and is conducted in a moderated, conversational format. While the setting is informal, the discussion is not. The atmosphere is professional, focused, and deliberately composed. Topics are introduced as points for discussion, not lessons to be taught.
Coffee & Contracts™ is designed as a conversation, not a workshop or seminar. No legal advice is provided, and discussions remain general in nature. Attendance does not create an attorney-client relationship with LegalLuxe Law Group PLLC or any of its attorneys.
Sessions typically run 60–75 minutes. Hosted coffee is provided as part of the gathering.
These conversations are intended for established founders and business owners. Individuals seeking individualized legal guidance, immediate legal resolution, or preliminary consultation should not attend. Formal legal engagement with the firm begins separately, through a Business Legal Audit.
JUNE — Mid-Year Legal Reality Check
Midyear often reveals what has been deferred or overlooked. This session examines common legal blind spots that surface once operational momentum is established.
The conversation addresses documentation gaps, unresolved exposure, and compliance issues that accumulate during execution-heavy periods. This is not a legal audit or diagnostic session.
Attendees should be prepared to engage in general discussion without seeking individualized evaluation.
