Coffee & Cars Cruise-In

It’s the perfect way to kick back, show off your wheels, and enjoy some freshly brewed coffee. Whether you’re a die-hard gearhead or just looking for a chill morning, this event is your spot!

By registering for and attending this event, you agree to the following rules and regulations set forth by the event hosts, TX Coffee Can, Meno’s Mexican Grill and Bennett Built.

This is a family-friendly car meet focused on community, coffee, and automotive appreciation.

• Pre-registration is required. This event has limited vehicle display spots.
• Registration is per vehicle. One vehicle per registration unless otherwise approved.
• Registration confirmation must be available upon arrival (digital or printed).
• Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-parked basis.
• No on-site registration will be available once capacity is reached.

• Participant arrival window is 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM.
• Vehicles arriving late may be denied entry to maintain event flow.
• All vehicles must remain parked until approved exit time (typically after 10:30 AM).
• 5 MPH speed limit applies at all times on event property.
• Follow all instructions from event staff and parking attendants.

• No burnouts, revving, racing, drifting, or aggressive driving.
• Vehicles must be clean, safe, and free of fluid leaks.
• Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• This event is intended to be respectful and welcoming to families and the community.
• Event staff reserves the right to relocate or remove any vehicle for safety or rule violations.

• Coffee and beverages will be provided by TX Coffee Can.
• Food will be available from Meno’s Mexican Grill.
• No outside vendors permitted without prior approval.
• Personal coolers and outside food may be restricted.

• Personal photography is encouraged.
• Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval.
• By attending, participants grant permission for their vehicle and likeness to be used in event photography, video, and promotional materials.

• All participants attend at their own risk.
• Event hosts are not responsible for damage, theft, or injury.
• Drivers are responsible for their guests and spectators.
• Any participant causing damage to property or other vehicles may be held financially responsible and removed from the event.

• Event is rain or shine, unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
• Any updates or cancellations will be communicated via email and social media.

Failure to comply with event rules may result in:

• Immediate removal from the event
• Loss of eligibility for future events
