Join us at The Crumb Factory Bakery & Cafe on May 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM or May 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM for an exclusive hands-on experience: a guided class on crafting classic butter croissants and fruit danishes, paired with learning how to brew exceptional coffee.

We will be partnering with Maria from La Amalia Coffee Roasters to curate the perfect experience for a night out with your loved ones. Whether you're a beginner, or have pastry and coffee knowledge you're looking to fine-tune, our two-hour class with dive into the secrets of creating a beautiful layered, buttery, and flaky croissant and pairing it with the perfect cup of coffee!

This event will include a walk-through of laminating croissant dough, shaping perfect croissants and danishes, and adorning them with our decadent mascarpone cream cheese, and fresh fruit topping. While we wait for the pastries to bake you will be taught the intricacies of perfecting the French Press.

We will include light bites, Prosecco, and a non-alcoholic cider for the night.
