Business Owners looking to go from renting to Real Estate Ownership; this class is for you! (Milwaukee area)
A small, hands-on workshop (3 hour) where up to 10 business owners will break down the process of commercial lending. We will utilize a first to market platform that will do most of the work for you.
Who should attend:
Business owners who have been established for at least two years, looking for loans to buy property for their own business and want help getting their documents ready for a loan.
What you’ll get:
- A completed loan-ready package by the end of the workshop using your actual business sales numbers.
What to bring (required):
- Laptop (required)
- Business tax returns (2023 & 2024)
- A list of 1–2 properties you’re interested in.
