Join us with Alex, the Green Coffee Buyer & Roastery Manager for Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, as we learn about all things coffee. Alex will discuss coffee species and varieties, growing and processing, the exporting and importing of coffee, and the roasting and enjoying of this popular hot beverage. His talk will be followed by a coffee tasting of three varieties: Classic, Light and Bright, and Fruity and Wild. Q&A to follow (time permitting).
