Code of Ethics-Our Promise of Professionalism
REALTORS are required to attend a NAR-approved Ethics training class every 2 years.
Non-Realtors are welcomed (and encouraged) to attend and will receive 3Hrs CE Credit. This is a very informative class with a lot of REAL-WORLD discussion and interaction!
This course is approved by the National Association of Realtors to meet the current Quadrennial required Ethics training cycle. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion to provide to their Board of REALTORS, in addition to the 3 Hrs CE Credit.

Below are the cycle dates for the Code of Ethics Training Requirement. Training must be completed at any time during these established cycles:
March 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027
Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with a termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.
