For fun, casual conversation with Cocteau Twins fans outside of a club setting… Join us for our first ever Cocteaufest SF Daytime Meet and Greet! A rare opportunity to tour the inside of the historic William Westerfeld House! Built in 1889, this restored Alamo Square Victorian Mansion has layers of history from its use as a Russian Embassy, to a former home and meeting space for some of San Francisco’s most iconic musicians and other creative luminaries. Plus filled with paranormal activity as featured on Ghost Adventures in 2018!
This Meet-Up will be hosted by Jim Siegel, leading Cocteau Twins expert and friend of the band! Jim toured throughout Europe with the band in the 90s, and has volumes of photos and stories which he loves to share!
The event is free and open to any Cocteaufest attendees! Feel free to bring your stories, photos and/or ephemera of the band!!
Snacks, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Outside drinks and food are welcome!
