We conclude this deep ritual by inviting you to unfurl and unwrap, emerging into your intentional devotion to yourself. Gentle lightly guided movement follows to support your somatic ritual of deeply feeling what is true for you in your body.

• Street parking is available nearby (meters are free 6PM-8AM and on Sundays).
• The Capitol Square North Garage and the Dayton/Pinckney Ramp are your best options for garage parking.
• Ether Wellness is located on the 3rd floor above The Old Fashioned (no elevator access). Look for the entrance under the “Wisconsin is King” sign.
• For Accessibility, please note that there is NO elevator and 3 short flights of stairs.
• Please arrive between 1PM & NO LATER than 1:15PM, the doors automatically lock then & we will begin promptly.
