In a world that often asks us to keep going, this is a space to pause, to be held, nurtured, and supported back into your body. Across the afternoon, each element of our time together is carefully crafted to guide you gently from doing into being, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully unwind and restore itself back to regulation.
Through breath, movement, sound, and rest, we will support the release of stored tension and held energy, creating space for ease, clarity, and deeper connection within.
This experience is held by Meg Thompson of Heartspace Yoga, and Camilla Hamblin, Sound Therapist, Psychotherapist and Breathwork Facilitator - bringing together movement, breath, and sound in a deeply supportive and nourishing way.
