With much interest and lovely feedback on the first two session I’m thrilled to bring this very unique sound experience to Plymouth, sessions in August & September. Enjoy an hour of absolute bliss cocooned in an aerial hammock, immersed in Sound.

This is a beautifully blissful experience, a combination of weightlessness and sound creates the perfect environment for meditation. As you float in your hammock, the soothing sound journey guiding you into a deep state of mindfulness, an opportunity to let go of thoughts and relax deeply.
Please arrive by 7pm, to allow time park, plenty of free parking, to settle in your hammock for a prompt start at 7.15pm
