We begin with a cup of rich, ceremonial-grade cacao, lovingly prepared to honour its long history as a heart medicine. For thousands of years, cacao has been used by indigenous cultures as a way to awaken creativity, enhance clarity, and deepen connection to self and others. As you sip, you may notice the warmth spreading through your chest, your heart softening and your spirit lifting. Guided Meditation & Intention Setting

Sound Healing Journey
From here, the evening unfolds into a deep sound bath.
