Now in its fourth year the Cocky Trot 5K & Fun Run/Walk will begin at 9 a.m. Participants will enjoy a 5K route starting at Gamecock Park winding through the football practice fields and finishing on the field inside Williams-Brice Stadium. For those seeking a shorter option an approximately one-mile Fun Run/Walk is also available.
All participants of the Cocky Trot 5K & Fun Run/Walk receive:
- Cocky Trot t-shirt
- Finisher medal
- Access to discounted tickets to select football and baseball games
- Post-race refreshments
Additionally the top-three overall male and female finishers as well as the top-three finishers in various age groups will receive special prizes including season or single-game tickets to Gamecock sporting events.
