Join us for an evening of sophistication and generosity as we gather to raise funds for Brighton Toy and Model Museum's Trafalgar Street Regeneration Project.

In conjunction with BITE Sussex, three of Brighton’s top cocktail bars –Blossoms, Gungho! and Bohemia – will be presenting drinks featuring premium spirits from Aluna Coconut Rum, Arbikie Highland Estate and Dedbest Distillery alongside Indian street food canapés from Easy Tiger all the while exploring the museum’s world-class collection of heritage toys and models.

Savour a selection of expertly crafted cocktails by skilled mixologists, tailored to tantalize your taste buds and complement the evening's ambience whilst you delight in an array of delectable canapés meticulously prepared to complement the drinks and add a touch of culinary finesse to the evening.

The Regeneration Project aims to bring light and life to the top of Trafalgar Street making it the new gateway into the city from the station. At the same time, it will reveal the "Aladdin's Cave" that is the Museum, with its 12,000 exhibits. North Laine is a vibrant area, known for its many quality independent traders, but is often overlooked as visitors head straight from the station to the sea.

All proceeds from ticket sales will directly benefit the Museum's Trafalgar Street Regeneration Project.
