Led by Emily Lycopolus the same chef, author, and educator behind our Night in Italy, this educational immersive tasting experience blends olive oil, vinegars, and mixology into one unforgettable evening.
Emily will prepare each cocktail live, demonstrating techniques, explaining flavor pairings, and sharing how olive oil and vinegars transform classic drinks. Guests will enjoy tastings of each cocktail, and her twist on a Spanish Sangria will be available throughout the evening, so you can continue sipping and enjoying the experience at your own pace.
