The Ruiseñor Tequila Experience
A Hands-On Agave Cocktail Class by IDrinkICan
Join IDrinkICan for a special outdoor tequila experience featuring Ruiseñor Tequila Blanco. This intimate, hands-on class explores the flavors, traditions, and versatility of agave spirits through guided tasting and drink-building techniques.
This event will take place on the patio at Pablo's home, the owner of Ruiseñor Tequila, creating a relaxed and personal setting to learn about tequila while enjoying the spirit in the company of the people behind it. The location is just 7 minutes from Bar Keeper, where I work as a Spirits Expert, making it a fitting neighborhood to host an afternoon dedicated to agave.
During the class, I will guide guests through the fundamentals of working with tequila in drinks—from understanding agave flavor and balance to learning professional bartending techniques you can easily recreate at home.
Guests will prepare and taste several guided drinks during the class while also learning the structure and inspiration behind additional featured creations from the series. Along the way, we’ll talk about tequila production, agave culture, and how classic drink frameworks can be adapted using tequila.
The class is designed to be relaxed, interactive, and welcoming for both beginners and cocktail enthusiasts.

- Light snacks will be provided. Since alcohol will be served, we encourage guests to eat beforehand.
- Please plan to stay hydrated during the class.
- Rideshare is recommended, as neighborhood parking may be limited.
This is an afternoon class, leaving you plenty of time to head home afterward and enjoy the rest of your evening—whether that means settling in to watch the Academy Awards or heading out for whatever the night has in store.
