Cocktail Class in the Ethnic Social Club

Join us for a fabulously fun cocktail class at the Heritage Discovery Center’s Ethnic Social Club! Your hosts, April Eyler and Marisa Lehman will demonstrate how to make two crowd-pleasing cocktails (mocktail options available!) using homemade syrups and fun garnishes — and you’ll leave with your own infused simple syrup. Light snacks provided!
April Eyler of Vintage Imports, has worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years in various fields. Currently, she works as a sales representative for the Western Pennsylvania region, helping local restaurants, bars, and country clubs with their wine and cocktail offerings and event planning. She has a passion for bringing experiences to the Johnstown community that they deserve.
Marisa Lehman, the COO of Heritage Johnstown, was previously our director of rentals and sales and has served on the AmeriServ Flood City Music Festival committee since 2023. She is passionate about bringing our community together to enjoy the unique, historic spaces of Johnstown through special events.
April and Marisa (both Johnstown transplants) became quick friends over their shared love of historic homes and well-rounded snack plates. They have worked on many community events together, most notably the Charity Wine Auction.
