Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.
DEMONSTRATION EVENT.
Chef Valentine Kitamura and Mixologist Jake Konrad from Proof Cocktails, are pairing up to offer you a unique menu of party bites, perfectly accompanied by delicious crafted drinks!
All dishes and cocktails will be demonstrated or explained during the event and you will go home with printed recipes for food and drinks.
No subsitution possible. Must be 19 + to attend. Please plan for a safe ride after event!
On the menu tonight:
Appetizer:
Bacon & Gruyere Cheese Gougeres: savory cream puff. Make ahead and serve them at all your Holiday parties!
Drink 1: Apricot Cognac Sour: Cognac, lemon, Apricot, Foamer. Rich, Juicy, Sweet
Main:
Smashed Potatoe pie with smoked salmon, lumpfish caviar and house made creme fraiche, served with green salad and a champagne vinaigrette.
Drink 2: Mistletoe: Gin, Lemon, Prosecco, Cranberry, Spice. Effervescent, Tart, Herbaceous
Desert:
Gingerbread Tiramisu: the original recipe, with just a twist of holiday spices
Drink 3: Salted Chocolate Oaxacan Old Fashioned: Anejo Tequila, Creme de Cacao, Chocolate, Orange, Sea Salt. Rich, Dry, Decadent
$139+ gst per person. Please purchase one ticket per attendees.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food allergy concern. No substitions will be offered without prior warning.
