RAZE is partnering with Orbital Games and Comics for a community potluck where neighbors come together to share a meal, build connections, and spread a little extra joy. The Salvation Army does an amazing job of providing meals Monday through Friday, but they’re closed on weekends. This event is our way of making sure anyone who needs a meal this Saturday has a place to eat and feel welcome.
We’re creating a relaxed, family-friendly space where people can connect, share food, and enjoy a few playful activities.
EVENT FLOW:
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Volunteer setup and grill prep
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Potluck, activities, and community time
After 2:00 PM: Quick group cleanup so we leave the park better than we found it
We appreciate everyone pitching in-many hands make light work, and it helps keep the day fun and relaxed for all.

🔥WHAT'S PROVIDED:
Grilling meat, buns, condiments, paper plates and napkins
🥗 WHAT TO BRING:
Drinks for yourself or to share, a side dish, dessert, or snack for the potluck as you are able. Everyone is welcome, whether you bring food or not.
🎨 ACTIVITIES:
– Portable Community Mural: Help create a shared artwork on a canvas drop cloth using paint and permanent markers
– Splash Pad: Available by the playground equipment
– Squirt Gun Battle: A fun, lighthearted activity for older kids
– Ball Toss: Simple games for little ones
This day is about community, creativity, and care. It's a chance to come together, have fun, and lift each other up.
