Journey Beyond Sound presents a midweek sanctuary to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
Set in the relaxed coastal energy of Santa Cruz, this immersive sound bath invites you to soften into the body and settle the mind. Suspended in a hammock or resting comfortably on a couch or yoga mat space, you’ll be guided through a meditative sound journey designed to calm the nervous system and create space for clarity, release, and renewal.
Aligned with the early rising energy of spring, this experience supports gentle forward movement — a chance to pause, breathe, and reset as the week unfolds.
🎶 The Sound Journey
Participants will be guided through a deeply immersive soundscape featuring:
✨ Symphonic gongs
✨ Crystal and Tibetan Sound Bowls
✨ Flutes and chimes
✨ Intuitive ceremonial sound
With two musicians weaving live sound, the experience creates a rich vibrational field that moves through the body, inviting deep relaxation, presence, and inner awareness.

Roxa Hammock Cafe is one of Santa Cruz’s most unique gathering spaces — known as the first hammock cafe in the U.S., tucked into the heart of downtown. Hammocks are suspended throughout the space, inviting you to sway, rest, and fully unwind in a relaxed, coastal atmosphere.
Blending cafe, lounge, and apothecary, Roxa offers handcrafted non-alcoholic elixirs and tonics designed to support wellness and relaxation — creating a warm, immersive setting that pairs beautifully with a sound journey.

🌿 Reserved Hammock Spot — $55 (limited to 17)
Fully suspended hammock experience for maximum comfort and immersion.
🛋 Couch Space — $45 (limited to 10)
Comfortable lounge-style couch to lie on for a relaxed, supported journey.
🧘 Floor / Yoga Mat Space — $45 (limited to 6)
Grounded experience on your yoga mat on the floor, a typical sound journey space. (Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.)
