Join us for a cooking class inspired by the seaside kitchens of Mediterranean coastal villages. In this class we will prepare vibrant dishes where simple ingredients and seasonal vegetables take center stage. Joining us is Diann Cardello of The Art of Well-Being. Drawing from her work in personal development and integrative wellness practices, Diann will introduce brief sensory and reflective exercises designed to help us engage more fully with the experience of the day. A growing body of research in neuroscience and behavioral health suggests that intentional awareness of our senses (sight, sound, aroma, and flavor) can support stress regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
Together we will explore how the traditions of Mediterranean cooking naturally invite this slower, more attentive way of gathering around food. Expect an afternoon that nourishes both curiosity and appetite.
As always, you’ll leave with practical techniques, flavor inspiration, and recipes to recreate at home. This is a whole-food, plant-forward class with optional dairy & egg.
• Tuesday, May 12, 2026 | 1:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.
