Say It Right: How to Speak With Clarity in a Noisy Market

In todayโ€™s market, there is no shortage of commentary. Headlines compete for attention, social media posts oversimplify complex issues, and conversations about rates, pricing, and market conditions are often delivered without context. The result is confusion for clients, hesitation from buyers, and unrealistic expectations from sellers.

Say It Right is about raising the standard of how we communicate as professionals.

This live, in-person session will focus on the language real estate professionals should be using to guide clients with clarity, credibility, and confidence. The goal is not to be dramatic or provocative, but to be accurate, responsible, and effective.

We are honored to welcome:

๐Ÿ’ผ Padi Goodspeed, one of the most respected lenders in the country, known for her weekly mortgage education and practical guidance around qualification, affordability, and real possibility. She communicates opportunity without distortion and brings a disciplined, educational approach to conversations about financing.

๐Ÿก Arnita Greene, REALTORยฎ and industry leader, who will offer perspective on professionalism, leadership, and how our words influence both client trust and the reputation of our industry.

The session will be moderated by Harrison Beacher and will address topics including how to speak with buyers who are concerned about rates, how to guide sellers who may be anchored to a previous market cycle, how to explain affordability responsibly, and how to approach social media commentary with greater precision. We will also explore how tone, framing, and clarity directly influence outcomes.

Attendees will leave with practical language and frameworks they can apply immediately in client conversations and industry interactions.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Who should attend:
Real estate agents who want to grow through relationships, referrals, and repeat business.
