Coaching Workshop: Reinvent Your Rhythm (Brisbane)

Caring for someone you love is meaningful, yet it can also pull you away from your own needs, dreams and balance. Together, we will explore the different areas that shape your wellbeing, reflect on what's working and what's not and get clear on what you want your life to look and feel like.

With the support of Coach Kirsty you'll map out a personalised and realistic action plan, one that honors your role as a carer and your identity as a whole person. Expect a warm, inclusive space where you can:

• Rediscover your passions, strengths and priorities
• Identify small sustainable steps that restore balance
• Share insights with others who truly understand the carer journey
