As people leadership and organisational development experts, David Holmes and Yvonne Vigar have developed a two-day course which will allow you time to reflect on your current leadership practice and learn the skills to make you a great (or even better) leader.
This course will focus on valuable skills which will support you in understanding how to create effective team working, empowering the team, developing meaningful conversations, effective delegation, providing feedback and supporting performance. Therefore, this course is suitable for current leaders who want to develop their skills or for Consultants and Coaches who want to apply their skills to support leaders and teams.

By the end of this course, you will feel more confident, you will understand how and when to use the tools and skills shared; and have lots of ideas of how to implement a coaching style of leadership.
