Summary:

Coaching involves partnering to help others achieve organizational goals and individual effectiveness. If you are looking to increase motivation in others and expand their capabilities, effective coaching communication requires practice. In this workshop, we will practice communication skills and a coaching process, so you can feel confident implementing with your team/work group.

• Understand when coaching is the right approach
• Examine the competencies and behaviors that contribute to effective coaching
• Practice and implement a coaching process that facilitates engagement and agreements
