Drea Beal will facilitate these sessions, two renewal units are available for each session attended.

Are you an instructional coach, school or district administrator or teacher leader who is looking to gain ways you can support teachers to positively impat student learning? In this training, participants will gain clarity around what coaching is and what it is not and learn how to best leverage coaching to build community and increas staff engagement.

Tangible strategies for implemenmting coaching cycles that foster reflection and actionable next steps for instruction to increas student learning will be addressed.
