Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to join us for our coaching workshop: Coaching Circle for Carers.
This welcoming coaching circle brings carers together to share conversation, learning and collective wisdom in a relaxed and supportive environment. It’s a space to pause, reflect and reconnect, without pressure or expectations, and celebrate you for all the work you do!
What you’ll experience:
- Connection with other people who truly understand the caring journey.
- Support from an experienced coach with her own caring story.
- Uplifting, strengths-focused conversations that builds hope and confidence
- Practical tools to boost energy, calm the mind and manage everyday challenges
- Moments of insight and reflection that spark renewed motivation
- A sense of belonging - you’re not doing this alone
These sessions will be held over 8 fortnightly sessions starting on Tuesday 17th February. We recommend attending all sessions to get the most out of the experience. Morning tea and refreshments will be provided. Please provide details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.
