Join Nick on Saturday, April 11th at 10am. *Unplugged Cycle is a Cycle Class that we do not use the leader board, your stats will not be sent to you and you cannot reserve a bike, bikes are selected when you get there*
A 30-Minute Cycle class to get you in, out and moving. All-levels are welcome, just please make sure you come early to get set up on your bike. This Express class is built to fit all experience levels, you can modify and challenge as you need to for our heart pumping, fun and motivating indoor cycle class. Instead of the leader board for drills and class formatting we will use the console, and pay attention to how you feel. This is an unplugged experience, no leaderboard.
Book a spot in advance as these rides will fill! Regular rates apply, first time free, single $15 or use a 5 or 10-pack. Unlimited Members are welcome!
