On Sunday 2nd August we shall be leaving the club at 10:30 to the beautiful Southend on Sea. Drop off and pick up will be to the Clarence Road Car Park (SS1 1BH), which is at the top of the cliff, and a short 4 minute walk (on the flat) to the Cliff Lift to take you down to the pier (and fish & chips!), and also the Naval & Military Club (20 Royal Terrace SS1 1DU).
Feel free to play on the beach, take the train along the pier, or just stay in the club - completely up to you.
Note that the Cliff Lift closes at 3pm, so if you want an easy route back up to the coach pick up / club, plan ahead.
In the club (which serves food), they will have a live singer from 2-5pm (Paul Terror), plus they will be doing raffles. We will be picked up back at the car park at 5.30pm promptly. We have an executive coach booked with a toilet.
We have 50 seats for this trip, seats are only confirmed once paid for. See John Tootell to reserve your seat and pay. Only £20 a seat.
