About this Event

Athlete Development is pleased to announce a 3-session Coach Development Series aimed at coaches who have completed our level 1 programme and/or are coaching at a novice level!

These sessions are free, and our AD Coaches want to help novice coaches, across all sports, through this series of coaching sessions designed to support you across three key areas: Skill Aquisition, Thinking 'Outside The Box', and Observation and Collaboration.

Please note: You do not need to have attended earlier sessions. A summary will be provided at the start of each event to bring you up to date.

Session Two: Thinking 'Outside The Box'

Located in The Finish Line

In our second session, we discuss how effective athlete development blends creativity, purpose, and engagement by presenting challenges in ways that align with different learning styles and individual needs. By linking purpose, learning, and problem-solving, athletes develop both skill and insight, making every session a meaningful step toward mastery.

What’s Coming Up
