It is imperative now more than ever that we lean on each other and strengthen our communal roots by cultivating resilience together. Join us for our co-ed Ceremonial Cold with Brotherhood of the Roots. This is where we expand our discovery of the Way of We and learn to trust our understanding of “We the People.”
For years we’ve been connecting with this elemental prayer calling in the village and now we get to grow this gathering with our kin at Ember and Ice.

Sisters & Brothers, you are welcomed to be in connection with us in depth with authentic relational connection, movement & breath medicine, and our reverent way of connecting with the elements. Come to connect, let go of heavy energy, and uplift your spirits in community. The natural waters paired with the fire wood burning cedar saunas, and conscious community will leave you feeling renewed and empowered.
