About this Event
Sunday 29th December || 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
How often do you find yourself wondering why certain relationships seem to bring more distress than joy?
Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed by expectations in your relationships?
What if you could confidently express your true self in all your relationships—how would that change your connections with others?
The Foundational Workshop is an intentional and interactive in-person learning experience designed to help you show up with less doubt and more self-assurance in all your relationships.
Most of us enter relationships with certain expectations, but often fall short and realise there is work to be done to achieve stability and fulfilment with our chosen partners.
Think of it as the relationship class you never received in school—a holistic approach to relational leadership and personal growth designed to help you move from a place of distress and uncertainty to one that feels secure and enriching.
This workshop is a deep dive into the basics of relational development. It provides you with the tools to define your core values, understand and clarify your deep-rooted needs, shed light on your ‘strategic self,’ and uncover your ‘true self’ to lead an authentic relational life.
The intention is to help you feel well-equipped and capable of loving yourself and others ‘better,’ rather than feeling pressured to ‘love more’ without knowing how.
Whether you're new to relational work or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is your gateway to working with Erica in other capacities and planting seeds of intention to lead and love better in your relational life.

- Individuals or couples who want to feel seen, heard and valued in their relationships, and who understand that there is inner work to do to create the kind of love they envision.
- Conscious humans who want to understand their own relational blueprint, how their past and early conditioning is affecting their present, so they can begin to understand how to best move forward with confidence, and create a vision that will contribute to the health of their long term relationships - including the one they have with themselves.
You can consider this to be the entry gate to work with Erica privately in other capacities, or simply plant some seeds of intention to lead and love better in your relational life.
No matter if you’re single, dating, married, going through a breakup, in a non marital partnership, or if you’re looking to restore health and stability in a current troubled relationship, ABSOLUTELY ANYONE CAN JOIN THE WORKSHOP.
This workshop is recommended especially if you’re in a transition phase, despite the stage or status of your relationship.

About :
The Essential Workshop is a deep dive into the basics of relational development to:
- Define your core values - a necessary step, because knowing your values helps you understand what drives you and what you need from a partner. It allows you to communicate your needs and boundaries clearly, reducing misunderstandings and conflicts.
- Understand and clarify your deep rooted needs - Understanding and articulating your core needs is crucial to ensure clear communication and a deepening of the connection, making sure that you’re guided toward conflict resolution strategies that help you grow and get closer. Instead of leading you toward more unresolved issues, honouring each other’s needs allows you to address the root causes of problems rather than just the symptoms.
- Shed light on your ‘strategic self’ - By recognizing and understanding your 'strategic self,' you become aware of unconscious manipulations and unhealthy behaviours used for self-protection. This awareness enables you to engage authentically with your partner, creating a genuine connection based on who you truly are rather than who you think you should be to keep the peace or avoid confrontation.
- Uncover the ‘true self’ to lead an authentic relational life - Knowing your true self also helps in resolving conflicts more effectively, it enhances self-respect and the ability to set healthy boundaries. When you share your true self, including your vulnerabilities and insecurities, it invites your partner and the important people in your life to do the same. This mutual openness strengthens the emotional bond and understanding between partners.

About Your Guide(s):
Erica specialises in helping health-focused, growth-oriented individuals optimise their connection to self and generate a sense of aliveness, meaning, and freedom in their lives and relationships.
As the daughter of divorced parents, Erica experienced a chaotic upbringing, suffering greatly and developing coping mechanisms that kept her stuck in depression and anxiety.
Having embarked on a healing journey that taught her how to transform her pain into opportunities for growth and resilience, she now holds the foundational view that the mental health crisis is fundamentally a relational crisis.
Her mission today is devoted to helping people break unhealthy generational cycles and supporting clients in creating safe, secure, fulfilling relationships.
Having explored her own shadow, she now guides people into themselves to help them dissolve inner turmoil and teaches them the essentials of navigating old and new relationships with confidence, including their relationship with themselves.
Through their dedication and willingness to improve and generate a sense of stability in their lives, Erica’s clients transition from a state of burnout and over-functioning to experiencing life with self-assurance, ease and vitality.
Erica is a UK-based licensed Relationship Coach, Self-Discovery Mentor, and Holistic Body Therapist determined to make the world a more deeply connected place.
Her offerings include online 1:1 coaching for couples and individuals, relationship themed book clubs and retreats, group coaching programmes and educational workshops, and in-person connection events across the Leeds & North Yorkshire area.
