Come Write with the Wellness Group!
Join us for an interactive session where we’ll put pen to paper and experience a guided introduction to expressive writing. This powerful technique, developed by social psychologist Dr. James Pennebaker, helps people process stressful life events by writing about their thoughts and feelings. Research shows that expressive writing can support both mental and physical well-being.
During our time together, you’ll have the chance to try this reflective practice in a supportive environment. We’ll also set aside time to discuss forming a regular Writers Special Interest Group at the Co-Co.
