- $150 per Person/ $600 per Team
- Green fees with cart included
- Lunch on the turn
- Buffet dinner following golf
- Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams

- Skins Game – $20 per team
- Mulligans available: $20 per team donation

Golf Ball Sponsor - $600.00 includes sponsor name/logo on ball, (1 - available).
Lunch @ on the Turn
Hot Dogs, Hamburgers,, or Italian Sausage / Chips or Pasta Salad / Water or soft drink.
Dinner (Free for CNYSHE members & Volunteers. $50 donation for guests)
Hors d’œuvres from 3:15-4:00pm
Garden Vegetables and Dips, Sweet and Sour Meatballs, Southwestern Fondue and Artichoke Spinach Tureen
Buffet will be served at 4:00 pm
Carved Roast Beef, Carved Herb Encrusted Pork Loin, Freshly Baked Dinner Rolls, Caesar Salad, Chicken Marsala, Pasta Vodka Sauce, Au Gratin Potatoes, Sautéed Garden Vegetables, and Dessert.
