Programme Overview | CNC Walking Netball 2024
CNC Walking Netball is an adapted programme especially for participants who:
· Have had a break from the sport and are interested in begining to play again
· Are recovering from injury
· Want to learn to play for the first time
CNC Walking Netball is an incredibly fun way to keep fit and connected throughout the year.
For Term 4 there is a drop in and drop out system and you do not need to commit to the full 10 weeks. Feel free to come along the days you would like.
Rules | CNC Walking Netball 2024
· Participants must be over 18 years of age
· No running or jumping within the game
· One foot must be on the ground at all times
· Player can hold the ball for up to four seconds
· Maximum of three males on the courts at any one time - one in the defence circle, one in the mid-court area, and one in the shooting circle
· 4 x 10 minute quarters (some flexibility depending on numbers on the day)
· All other standard netball rules apply
