March ‘26 marks me turning 48! It also marks 30 years of teaching fitness classes & it sadly marks me hanging up my teaching trainers & classes at Unique Physique 🧡17 of those years were spent teaching The Flash Leisure Centre Welshpool. So what a great way to celebrate with a 3hr Clubbercise paarrrttaaayy!!
