Meet at 6pm in the Apple Room with the aim to run/walk from 6.15pm. Groups are 3 miles; 4 miles; 5 miles; 6 miles and the walkers. This is also the final week (week 6) for our beginners course!! Club nights are for registered Sole Sisters members. Please get in touch on how to join, or run with us as a guest runner. Guest runners are unfortunately unable to run with our beginners course.
