About this Event
Get the best of both worlds in one high-energy fitness experience!
Join Club Pilates and Row House SLU for a unique partner event where you’ll challenge your body with two dynamic workouts in one evening. This exclusive event is designed to give you a full-body burn—combining the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the powerful, cardio-driven intensity of rowing.
How It Works
Participants will be split into two groups to enjoy both workouts:
Group 1 (12 people):
- Starts at Club Pilates at 4:00 PM (50-min class)
- Then heads to Row House SLU for the 5:15 PM class (45-min class)
Group 2 (12 people): - Starts at Row House SLU at 5:15 PM (45-min)
- Then heads to Club Pilates for the 6:30 PM class (50-min)
All participants will take both a Club Pilates class and a Row House class.
Whether you're a Pilates lover, a rowing enthusiast, or looking to try something new, this is your chance to experience both studios in one seamless event.
