Dilly the clown is clowning around downtown Hot Springs at Adair park. It's supposed to be a little warmer, so come out and meet a real life tiny clown, make memories, take pictures, learn to make a balloon animals, tell Dilly silly jokes. Watch Dilly try to juggle, watch Dilly try to ride a unicyle and another silly Dilly stuff. We may even have other clowns show up! Feel free to also to bring your clownself!
