Clock Out! Your Creative Escape: Well-Being in the Workplace

Clock Out! Your Creative Escape is a fun, casual monthly drop-in series designed for downtown office workers during Wednesday lunch hours. The series runs on the third Wednesday of every month! Each session offers a quick creative break, ranging from hands-on art activities to live music or artist talks, where participants can experience or make art within the hour. Complimentary coffee and refreshments are provided!
This month join the discussion on daily things we can do to support one another's well being in the workplace.

Alcove Centre for the Arts (alcoveartscentre.ca) is a non-profit organization based in Calgary, AB which aims to make art more accessible and promote a vibrant local arts industry.
