Clinton Community College will hold its Nursing Program Capping and Pinning ceremony at the Strand Center for the Arts Theatre in downtown Plattsburgh, marking its first commencement since co-locating on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus!The Capping and Pinning ceremony takes place Saturday, May 16, at 9 a.m. The ceremony is free and open to the public, with parking available in nearby public lots and on-street areas.
