The work of clinicians is demanding, with real and perceived potential for injury to clinicians and their patients. Clinicians often compromise their personal safety and comfort out of concern over patient injury. In a Steelcase Health survey of 300 clinicians, 48% reported experiencing injury on the job.
In this course, you will understand the risks, as well as what clinicians want and need for a better experience. Findings are based on more than 2,000 hours of observation, an online survey and extensive secondary research. We count on clinicians to care for us in our most vulnerable moments.
