This course is designed to give the Pilates Instructor a higher level of skills and knowledge in Mat Based Pilates as well as the skills to use Pilates as an effective Clinical Rehabilitation* tool for clients. It's a blended learning course, with most of the theoretical elements delivered online, with a mixture of assignments, video lectures and powerpoints. The practical side of the course is delivered over 3 or 4 days**, in order to teach the hands on and observational skills that are vital for the Pilates Practitioner. Practical sessions are limited to classes of 12 students.
PREREQUISITES
Level 3 Pilates.
*If you wish to attend the extra module in Clinical Pilates, you will need to have a sports therapy qualification in addition to Level 3 Pilates.
21st/22nd October; 18th November + **19th November 2024
** If you just require the Level 4 Mat Based Pilates, you will attend 3 days, if you require the additional Clinical Diploma, you will attend 4 days.
Course fees:
£699.00 - Level 4 Pilates.
£799.00 - Level 4 Pilates, plus Clinical Pilates.
